I vividly remember the overwhelming panic I felt when I shared the first public disclosure of my mental health diagnosis of DID. I wrote it in response to a request for stigma stories from Healthy Place, a mental health channel I discovered when I was writing on a platform for writers, bloggers, and other creatives.

My story is titled, "Coming Out Of My Mental Health Closet, which you can read on the Healthy Place channel.

It has been many years since I wrote that story, so I am now ready to share the outcomes of the recovery work I have been doing since that time.

God's Grace Notes is the first profile I created for my online identity, so I'm very excited to share the outcomes of the process I now call... "The Lifetime Adventure Of God's Word To Me."

My hope is that you will find comfort, hope, encouragement, and insight as I share the adventures that were once my greatest nightmare. The lessons Jesus taught me as we have journeyed together took time to process, so I invite you to keep in touch as I share recovery journey with you.

Thank you for taking the time to visit God's Grace Notes today. I look forward to meeting with you again soon.

"For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for hope and a crafty, bright future!"
